We are all stressed about something. Stress is a bad thing, it can cause all sorts of problems that can affect our physical body. So, a healthy mind is just as important as a healthy body, maybe even more so. It's recommended to do some sort of meditation exercise daily; even if it's just for 5 minutes. This type of mindful exercise can help control stress, decrease anxiety, improve cardiovascular health, and achieve a greater capacity for relaxation.
I also included a video with a short 5 minute meditation that I think you will enjoy. You can do it sitting at your computer (as long as you are sitting comfortably). Try to add this to your daily routine.
